Common questions
Choosing where to start
What is the difference between the assessment, the IRR, and a Case File?
The Decision Documentation Assessment is free. It shows what your own responses indicate about how one decision was documented.
The Inspection Response Record (IRR), $497, organizes what your actual record supports for one completed GMP decision, including what is not documented.
A Case File, $149, is a completed worked example you study. It does not examine your decision.
Do I need a briefing or a sales call before I buy?
No. Every product can be bought without a call. If a question is easier to ask than to guess, write to us and a person will answer.
Is the sample record a real company’s decision?
No. The sample is a fictitious GMP case built to show the structure of a completed record. It is not regulatory guidance and does not represent any actual company.
Can ComplianceWorxs tell me whether my decision was right?
No. ComplianceWorxs preserves the record behind a decision. It does not make, approve, or recommend regulated decisions. The regulated organization and its authorized personnel remain accountable.
After you buy
How and when do I receive a Case File?
Access is delivered after payment is confirmed. Your download link is valid for a 7-day window. If the link fails during that window, write to us and we will send a fresh one.
Each Case File page states whether it is available now. If the one you want is not yet available, write to us and we will tell you its status.
I paid but have not received anything.
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If nothing has arrived, email us the address used for the purchase and the approximate date. We will locate the payment and resolve delivery.
I was charged twice, or I need a receipt.
Email us the purchase address and date. We will confirm what was charged and send the receipt details you need for your records.
What is the refund position?
Refunds are covered in the Terms of Service. In short, an IRR is prepared for your specific decision, so it is non-refundable once substantive work has begun. A Decision Record is non-refundable once access to its workspace has been provided. Case File purchases are final and non-refundable. Exceptions apply where the law requires, or, for an IRR or Decision Record, where we are unable to provide what you bought.
If something went wrong with your purchase, write to us and describe what happened.
Your records and confidentiality
Should I email my records or documents to support?
No. Please do not email confidential, proprietary, patient, personal, inspection, audit, or controlled-document information. If we need more information to resolve a request, we will tell you exactly what is needed.
Who reviews and approves a Decision Record?
Only your organization. The Decision Record is self-service: the purchasing organization completes it, reviews it, and approves it, because no one else can attest to the decision. See Section 4 of the Terms of Service for the full terms.
How is the information I enter protected?
Our Security & Trust and Privacy pages describe how records are protected and how information is handled.
What support covers
We can help with
- Choosing between the assessment, the IRR, and Case Files
- What a product includes and how it works
- Access, delivery, receipts, and duplicate charges
- Questions about an existing purchase
We cannot help with
- Legal, regulatory, quality-system, validation, or inspection-readiness advice
- Whether a specific decision was correct
- Reviewing confidential documents sent by email
Purchased materials are decision-support resources. They do not replace your organization’s judgment, procedures, documentation, training, or professional advice.
No question matches that search. Email us and a person will answer.
Still not sure? Ask.
